With the purchase of this specialty license plate, $25 of the $40 annual fee to the BMV is given to Indiana Blood Center to fund the high school scholarship program. These scholarships are awarded to high school seniors across Indiana who have shown commitment to our cause and will study science, math, or a health-related field at in Indiana college or vocation school.
